    Our application process is clear, transparent and uncomplicated. We have described the steps – from the submission of your application to your first working day – in detail at the bottom of this page.

  • What documents are needed?

    Typically, we expect a cover letter, your CV, certificates and references if applicable. For apprenticeships, school reports and a brief motivation letter are often sufficient.

  • Are speculative applications welcome?

  • Are there ways to get to know Fehr in advance?

    Yes! For apprentices, there are taster days where you can get to know the team and the workflows. For professionals, we offer practical insights or test work to experience the working environment and tasks directly.

  • What is the induction phase like?

    New employees undergo structured onboarding, get to know the team, processes and working environment and receive support from the start so that they can quickly become productive.

  • Is international experience possible?

    Yes, we promote experience abroad through projects at customers and in our branches – so you can get to know new markets, technologies and cultures.

  • How is employee development at Fehr promoted?

    We invest specifically in your professional and personal development: internal technician meetings, practice-oriented training programs and exciting projects give you the opportunity to take responsibility and actively shape your career.

  • How long does the application process take?

    Depending on the position, the process usually takes a few weeks. We inform you about every step transparently and make sure that you keep track of everything at all times.

  • How do I prepare for an interview?

    Be authentic and show interest in our projects and the intralogistics industry. Technical knowledge, practical experience and motivation for teamwork are appreciated. For apprentices, it is especially important to show curiosity and willingness to learn.

Application process at Fehr – step by step

  • 1. Submit an application

    Simply send your documents by e-mail or via our online form. We confirm receipt in a timely manner so that you always know that your application has arrived.

  • 2. Examination of your documents

    Our HR department will carefully review your application and check whether it matches your qualifications and Fehr.

  • 3. Selection by the specialist department

    The responsible department selects the applications that best suit the position being advertised.

  • 4. Initial telephone call

    In a short telephone call, we’ll get to know each other and resolve open questions. This way you get a first impression of Fehr – we also get one of you.

  • 5. Personal interview

    During the on-site interview, you will meet the management of the specialist department and the personnel management. You will get to know the team, your future tasks and our working environment.

  • 6. Get a taste of Fehr (optional)

    In some positions we offer a day with us to get to know your future workplace in a practical way. A non-binding insight that provides orientation and security.

  • 7. Job offer

    If you have convinced us, you will receive an official offer for your position at Fehr.

  • 8. Your decision

    Take your time for your decision. We will answer all the questions before it becomes binding.

  • 9. Signing of the contract

    Signing under your employment contract, you're officially part of our team.

    Welcome! Your structured onboarding day ensures that you quickly settle in, understand your tasks and can get going right from the start.
