    We start with a comprehensive analysis of your storage system and existing processes. All relevant requirements, current processes as well as bottlenecks, weak points and optimization potentials are recorded. Future operational requirements are also being considered to develop scalable and resilient solutions. The results are clearly structured and clearly documented – as a basis for all further planning steps and well-founded decision-making processes.

    2. Optimize your processes

    Based on the analysis, we develop efficient material flow and process concepts together with your team. Customer-specific best-case scenarios are visualized, including mechanical, software and process performance. Capacity and throughput potentials are thereby raised, operating costs are reduced and the basis for maximum plant availability is laid – both for current operation and for future requirements.

    3. Dynamically simulate processes

    The defined processes are tested in a realistic, dynamic simulation. Real and operational data are tested in 3D environments and virtual hardware and software to identify bottlenecks, risks and potential misschedules at an early stage. This allows alternative scenarios to be objectively compared, new requirements for operating processes to be derived and improvements to be validated – even before investments are made.

    4. Structured project planning

    The result is a technically validated, economically verified concept that serves as a reliable basis for new construction, retrofit or further project phases. In a subsequent realization, it also forms the structured basis for a precise elaboration and a detailed offer.
