The TNT plate storage system from Matter is a fully automated, high-load storage solution for thick metal plates, large-format sheets, and other heavy, palletized materials. Each cassette is designed for extreme loads of up to 10 t, ensuring safe, precise, and reliable storage even in demanding industrial environments.
The high-density, horizontal “bookshelf” storage architecture maximizes available space, even for bulky or heavy materials. A shuttle with a tilting table moves cassettes precisely along floor guides between storage positions and IN/OUT stations, ensuring fast, accurate, and error-free handling.
With machine-independent interfaces, modular design, and flexible cassette configurations, the system can be seamlessly integrated into existing production, cutting, or logistics processes. The TNT is particularly suitable as buffer storage between production and cutting processes or in combination with other storage solutions (e.g., honeycomb storage).
Ideal for metal and steel distributors as well as manufacturing facilities that need to store heavy plates, large-format sheets, or palletized materials safely, automatically, and space-efficiently.
