The Fehr Honeycomb warehouse is based on the efficient interchangeable cassette principle and meets the highest demands for flexibility and performance. A wide range of long goods products – from pipes, rods and profiles to racks in variable dimensions – can be stored safely, quickly and in a space-efficient manner. Thanks to minimal starting masses and intelligent cassette structure, the warehouse area is optimally used, as a result of which a high warehouse density is achieved. Fast shelf control units ensure short access times and high throughput performance. Continuous automation and the possibility of direct connection of processing machines ensure a continuously efficient material flow. Networking with ERP and WMS systems creates full transparency, optimized goods management and consistently high performance – even with high throughput or heterogeneous stocks.

Thanks to the unique telescoping special construction, the compact shelf control unit drives directly to baskets, pallets, semi-finished products or long goods such as tubes, rods, profiles and bundles and transports them fully automatically. The elimination of cassettes eliminates empty transports and reduces throughput times by up to 50% compared to standard honeycomb warehouses.
